After heading up e-Marketing at Orange, where she re-launched their e-channels, Tamara founded Cherry London. Tamara has strategically led pan-European campaigns for O2 and other key clients, as well as spearheading the UK O2 Priority Moments launch and strategic roll-out. She is a frequent contributor to consumer and trade press and a renowned industry key-note speaker.

Overseeing Client Services at Cherry London, Philippa Desiderio brings over 20 years’ experience leading corporate marketing and communications for blue chip companies across diverse industries, including telecoms and technology. Philippa spent 4 years as Client Services Director at Sapient Nitro-owned agency DAD, where she managed the Sky Retail, Homes and Republic of Ireland accounts, leading the set-up of in-country Sky Direct offices in both Germany and Italy.

Nick Horswell – Chairman
A media industry expert, Nick Horswell spent over 15 years working for a number of full-service ad agencies and in 1990, Nick set up his own media agency, PHD. By 2000 it had become a group of eight companies, employing 240 people, turning over nearly £400 million a year and making very healthy profits and margins.
In 2002, Nick moved his focus to his private investments has been supporting the growth of Cherry London as Chairman.
