Challenge

Loyalty was the challenge with Visa Europe – creating a programme which enhanced their reputation as a go-to brand for international travel, and drove spend and retention.  From London to New York, Paris to Moscow, they wanted their customers to receive red carpet treatment in the world’s major cities.  Now that’s our kind of challenge.

Our approach

We created a loyalty programme based on the key tourism sectors of retail, hotels, dining and attractions, offering Visa customers unique offers and exclusive treatments wherever they travelled.  We didn’t do done-before discounts – instead we secured special treats which would surprise and delight our jet-setters.  Free afternoon tea and courtesy car when you stay at the Dorchester.  A VIP shopping pass to Westfield.  It’s a tough life...

Results

  • By creating premium international partnerships with world-renowned brands such as Bloomingdales, Liberty London, and Printemps Paris, we helped Visa cement their reputation as one of the leading brands for international travel within the finance sector.
