The brief

Aviva, one of the UK’s leading insurers needed to stand out from the crowd and to matter more to their millions of customers.  And to clearly demonstrate that they were there in good and bad times, not just at negative purchase or claim moments.

Creating the extraordinary together

Together we created Aviva Advantages to recognise and reward customers at the moments that mattered most: Whether this was being there when disaster and heavy flooding hit with rescue crews bearing emergency supplies from batteries, to M&S food and toys for the kids; to celebrating National highs with finals tickets to the Rugby Premiership;  or giving away on the road treats to families on the move over summer, and a free eye test with Vision Express and cup of coffee at Caffè Nero, for drivers.
